Minimum Certification: Associates Degree2. Strong ELA background.3. Need to possess good communication skills and ability to work under the supervision of a certified teacher. 4. Successful experience in a school setting preferred.5. Training in small group instruction. Must be an outgoing person that works well with students and adults. Strong organizational skills.
