A warm and engaged family in Miami Beach, Florida is seeking a professional full-time nanny to care for their two children, ages 7 and 3, with a third baby due in May. The family will have a Newborn Care Specialist for the first six months. After that, mom will remain very hands-on with the infant, and the nanny will eventually provide support to mom with the baby during the day while the older children are in school.This is an excellent long-term opportunity for a career nanny, ideally someone with a teaching background or strong educational experience, who can provide nurturing, structured care and support the children's learning and development. The ideal candidate will be warm, organized, proactive, and comfortable working alongside a very involved mother.Start Date: The position is expected to begin in the first week of June. Applications are now open, and the family is ready to interview qualified candidates. ScheduleThe schedule is Monday through Friday. The day begins at 7:00 AM for approximately two hours each morning to help the children get ready for school, including waking them, helping them get dressed, preparing breakfast, and organizing their lunch and school items. Dad typically drives the children to school. The nanny will then have a break during the day and return in the afternoon, usually around 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM, to pick the children up from school in Miami Beach, drive them to nearby activities, assist with afternoon care, prepare or serve a light meal, help with homework, support the evening routine, and help the children get settled for bed. The nanny will also be expected to clean up after meals and the children's activities.
