Clinical Education CoordinatorA respected medical education organization in the Erie area is seeking a Clinical Education Coordinator. This administrative role focuses on coordinating and managing clinical rotations for medical students while assisting with the daily operations of a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with students, faculty, and staff. This is a temporary opportunity with the potential to become permanent based on performance and departmental needs.ResponsibilitiesPerform administrative tasks related to managing clinical rotations for 3rd and 4th year medical studentsPrepare schedules and related documentation as designatedCommunicate promptly and efficiently with students, faculty, and staffMaintain and update documents and records as requiredProcess examination data and assist with reports, surveys, and correspondenceMaintain confidentiality in accordance with institutional policies and FERPA guidelinesMaintain filing systems and assist with incoming and outgoing correspondenceSupport daily office operations within the Clinical Education departmentPerform additional duties as assigned to maintain efficient departmental operationsQualifications and SkillsHigh school diploma or GED requiredAssociate or Bachelor's degree preferredStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong computer literacy (Microsoft Office proficiency required)Accurate data entry skillsExcellent grammar, writing, and proofreading skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentialityAbility to multitask in a professional office environmentBenefits/CompensationFull TimeFirst shift (8am - 4:30pm)$21+/hr based on experienceTemp to hireWeekly pay while employed through Career ConceptsBenefits available while employed through Career ConceptsLocationErie, PA 16509About Career Concepts Staffing Services, Inc.Career Concepts is the leading locally owned staffing company in Western Pennsylvania and New York, dedicated to connecting top-tier talent with exceptional opportunities.
