This position is designed to expand clinical capacity in rural communities with limited access to specialized behavioral health services. Therapists will support pregnant and postpartum women experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders while helping strengthen maternal-infant outcomes and family stability.This role includes a structured, grant-funded training period, intensive onboarding, and a gradually built caseload to support skill development and confidence working with this specialized population.Why Join PCS?
