Job Title

Seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist with expertise in pediatrics and school-based services for a contract position located in North Hollywood, CA. This full-time role supports students from Transitional Kindergarten through 6th grade across two school sites for the 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 school years. Start dates are flexible: immediate availability through June 11, 2026, a summer session from June 17 to July 17, 2026, and a new school year beginning August 5, 2026, running through the end of the academic year. Responsibilities include: Providing speech and language therapy to students with mild articulation challenges Supporting students with mild to moderate disabilities exhibiting language deficits Implementing communication strategies including Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems as needed Collaborating with educators and families to create individualized treatment plans Documenting student progress and maintaining compliance with school requirements Desired qualifications: Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings Proficiency in developing and facilitating speech-language interventions for diverse learners This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive school environment with dedicated resources.
