Job Description

The Specialty Physician Liaison serves as the regional representative for Seattle Children's, focusing on audiences that transfer patients from their facility to Seattle Children's, including Emergency Departments (EDs), Inpatient Units, and Urgent Care clinics across the WAMI (WA, AK, MT, ID) geography. While this role is primarily focused on supporting the Seattle Children's Pediatric and Neonatal Transport Program, the Liaison supports any Seattle Children's program requiring outreach and relationship management with these audiences. Promote Seattle Children's highest priority programs, providers, and services in order to affect market growth and retention. Build relationships and rapport with referring providers in the Washington, Alaska, Montana and Idaho (WAMI) geography, serving as a resource for both referring providers and Seattle Children's. Provide key stakeholders with insights into market developments and opportunities, data on referring provider trends and service issues, and participate in problem solving on behalf of the organization. Track and monitor encounter activity by referring provider. Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or health care, or equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing and/or health care. Minimum three (3) years proven experience in sales, customer service, or physician relations. Healthcare experience preferred. Per the driver's license requirement noted below, must have a driving record acceptable to Risk Management. Required Credentials Current Washington State Drivers License. Preferred Customer service management or planning experience in a health care provider organization. Compensation Range $88,786.00 - $133,180.00 per year Salary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
