We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support our clinical team and help ensure the highest standards of resident-centered care. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse ready to step into or grow within leadership, working closely with the Director of Nursing to drive quality, compliance, and team development. Your Impact As ADON, you will: Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and support to nursing staff Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee operations and compliance Support survey readiness and assist with plans of correction Participate in and strengthen QAPI and quality initiatives Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff Assist with staffing coordination and scheduling Conduct clinical rounding to ensure quality and standards are met Build strong relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams What You Bring Active RN or LPN license in Illinois Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience (long-term care preferred) Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey process Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Passion for resident-centered care and team development Why Allure of Quad Cities?
