Job Title

The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing all routine radiographic procedures in the main department and all satellite areas. * Graduate of American Medical Association approved two (2) year program for Radiologic Technology. * Minimum of two (2) years of experience as Staff Radiology Technologist; comparable hospital setting -- preferred. * Current New York State Licensed in Radiologic Technology * Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist -- Preferred * Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) * Knowledge of all diagnostic radiographic equipment in use with the department and satellite areas. * Knowledge of Radiology drugs, i.e. contrast media, bowel preps, etc. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. * Time Management Skills * Basic computer and data entry skills
