The successful candidate will:Perform electrophysiology procedures, ablations, cardioversions.Implant pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders.Interpret Tilt Table tests.Assist with Pacemaker follow-up service.Provide patient care on the Cardiology/EP Service, admission and care of patients admitted to the Cardiology/EP Service.Provide medical care, including cardiac treatment, to patients.Provide medical care, including clinical cardiac consultation.Cover calls on nights, weekends and holidays.Participate in a medical resident and cardiology fellowship education.Required Qualifications: Medical Doctor Degree.New York State Medical Licensure.Board-certified or eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.Proficiency in bedside cardiac procedures.Certification in BLS, ACLS.Preferred Qualifications:Work Schedule:Variable Days; Variable Hours (Full-Time)Salary Grade/Rank:Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and qualificationsExecutive Order:Pursuant to Executive Order 161, no State entity, as defined by the Executive Order, is permitted to ask, or mandate, in any form, that an applicant for employment provide his or her current compensation, or any prior compensation history, until such time as the applicant is extended a conditional offer of employment with compensation.
