Eye-to-Eye Careers - Refractive Surgery Ophthalmologist - Partnership to Ownership track! - Manhattan, NYC   We are looking to add a Refractive Surgeon to our team for a partnership to ownership track in Manhattan, New York. Our ideal Surgeon will have an outgoing personality with a patient focused mindset. This future partner will have an efficient ownership mentality with the goal of continuing to grow a successful and established private practice. The current MD will be retiring in 1-3 years.    Volumes: Incoming doctor will perform 1000+ refractive surgeries a year. (current MD is not doing cataracts but there is the ability to incorporate any specialty into the practice long term) See 20 patients a day in the office 4 days a week  Perform 10 surgeries 1 day a week   Surgeries are performed in the practice ASC   Hours: Monday through Friday  No weekends 9 am to 6 pm 4 day work week available   Other Details: Very minimal call (take call on your own patients) You will have technician support & a patient coordinator Technology: Orbscan, Wavescan, CXL, EMR   Partnership track details: $250,000 minimum base salary + equity ownership Year 1: $250,000 + 10% equity Year 2: $250,000 + 20% equity Year 3: $250,000 + 30% equity Year 4: $250,000 + 40% equity Year 5: $250,000 + 51% equity (total control of the practice) Year 6: $250,000 + 61% of equity Year 7: $250,000 + 71% of equity Potential to make $500,000+  (building not included in partnership)   Benefits: 2 weeks PTO 1 week paid personal/sick time 2 days CME + $1,000 reimbursement for CE Medical insurance 50% paid malpractice   Qualifications: Must have completed a cornea fellowship or completed 1000 refractive surgeries in career, or be willing to do the practices in house fellowship program for 6 months - 1 year   Apply today!    For more information, visit or email us your resume at Info@.
