What You'll Do As a Clinical Assistant (Lab Tech), you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care. You will: * Perform timely and accurate on-site laboratory testing * Support clinical healthcare services for patients of all ages * Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and documentation * Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and applicable regulatory standards * Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care * Travel occasionally as needed to support clinic operations Your work directly impacts patient outcomes - every single day.
