This is not a "clock in, provide sessions, clock out" position. This role is for a clinician who thinks critically, formulates beyond surface symptoms, and understands that accurate diagnosis shapes a child's entire trajectory.The ideal candidate is confident in DSM-5-TR diagnosis, skilled in comprehensive diagnostic intakes, and grounded in a clearly articulated theoretical orientation (CBT, play therapy, attachment-based, trauma-informed, or related models).
