Leading social service organization seeks a Senior Director of the Adult Residential Services to provide clinical, operational, and fiscal oversight to supported housing programs serving adults with serious mental illness. Responsibilities Provide overall clinical, operational, and fiscal leadership for assigned adult residential and supported housing programsSupervise and support Program Directors, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and staff developmentEnsure high-quality, person-centered services that achieve meaningful client outcomes and meet emerging community needsMaintain compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and internal agency standards and policiesEnsure client safety, quality of care, and strong clinical standards across all programsOversee program budgets, fiscal performance, and responsible stewardship of agency resourcesUse data and performance metrics to guide planning, service delivery, and continuous improvementDevelop and implement new programs, initiatives, and service enhancementsCollaborate with senior leadership, internal departments, and external partners to resolve challenges and advance agency goalsProvide on-call leadership and crisis response support as needed, including availability for urgent situationsQualifications:Master's Degree requiredLCSW, MSW, or LMHC preferred Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in supportive housing, residential services, or related programsDeep knowledge of services for adults with serious mental illness and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsSchedule:Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days remoteBenefits informationBenefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Noor Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
