This role has real authority and influence, including setting clinical standards, guiding clinical decision-making, and developing future clinical leaders.This is a leadership role-not a full caseload position-though occasional clinical support may be provided for coverage, training, or complex cases.What You'll DoLead and oversee all clinical services across settingsEnsure ABA services are ethical, evidence-based, individualized, and neurodivergent-affirmingSupervise, mentor, and develop BCBAs and clinical leadersServe as the senior clinical resource for complex cases and ethical decision-makingOwn clinical quality, consistency, and outcomes across programsMonitor key clinical metrics, including outcomes, authorization utilization, supervision compliance, and efficiencyPartner with operations and executive leadership on staffing, scheduling, growth, and strategyOversee onboarding, training, and professional development for clinical staffEnsure compliance with BACB standards, HIPAA, and regulatory requirementsWho This Role Is ForA BCBA who enjoys leading and developing other cliniciansA systems-minded leader who values clarity, accountability, and qualitySomeone comfortable balancing clinical excellence with operational realitiesA clinician committed to ethical, neurodivergent-affirming careA leader ready for ownership, accountability, and meaningful impactQualifications RequiredMaster's degree in ABA or related fieldActive BCBA certification and state licensure (as applicable)Meets BACB supervision requirements5+ years of clinical ABA experience3+ years supervising treatment programs for individuals with autismPreferredPrior clinical leadership or management experienceExperience with clinic-based and community-based ABA servicesSchedule & LocationFull-Time, Monday-Friday (9:30 am-5:30 pm)Limited Travel Based in Scottsdale, AZBenefitsCompetitive compensationPaid holidays, PTO, and paid sick timeHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k)401(k) matchingWork-provided laptop, phone, and iPadReferral program
