Position Title Salad Prep 4 - Student Dining Job Description * Schedule is 11-7:30 every other weekend. * Position is primarily prepping vegetables for all departments of dining services such as diced peppers, sliced onions etc. * Stocks and maintains raw ingredients for the student dining salad bar. * Assembly of salads etc. for catered functions. * May be required to work other positions based on staffing needs.
