Job Title: Clinic Director - New launch or "De NoVo" Clinic Department: Operations Reports To: Group Director of Operations FLSA Status: Exempt Overview This position is tailored for a physical therapist with an entrepreneurial spirit who seeks the opportunity to develop and expand a new clinic with Therapydia. The ideal candidate will be motivated to cultivate referral relationships and take on a leadership role within a dynamic team environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Patient Care * Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide Recommend Evidence-Guided treatment to patients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. * Create individualized plans of care, monitor patient progress, and manage the discharge process. * Complete all required documentation promptly and accurately. Clinic Leadership * Take ownership of the clinic's success by leading from the front-supporting the team, maintaining high clinical standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations. * Lead and mentor clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team atmosphere using our intentional culture and organization values. * Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and managing staffing needs to support clinic efficiency. * Assess clinic performance metrics provided by the Business Intelligence team and provide feedback to leadership and clinic staff on opportunities for improvement. Clinic Growth * Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, athletic organizations, and community partners to enhance clinic visibility. * Engage in local networking, outreach initiatives, and participate in educational events to promote the clinic. * Support efforts to strengthen the clinic's reputation and expand its referral base within the community. Operations & Compliance * Ensure billing and clinical documentation are accurate and compliant with all guidelines. * Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards, maintaining full compliance in all operations. * Contribute to budgeting and participate in strategic planning for overall clinic performance. How Success is Measured * Achievement of strong patient outcomes and a high level of patient satisfaction. * Growth in clinic volume and ongoing development of referral sources. * Effective team leadership and advancement of staff capabilities. * Solid financial performance and operational efficiency within the clinic.
