Location: Malvern, IA Shift: Day Shift | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Responsibilities: Lead the development and launch of a Chronic Care and Pain Management Pharmacy Deliver high-quality outpatient and retail pharmacy services Collaborate with healthcare providers and care teams to optimize medication therapy Provide patient counseling focused on chronic disease management Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards Assist in workflow optimization and improve operational efficiency Qualifications: Active Iowa Pharmacist license Experience in retail or outpatient pharmacy required Ambulatory Care experience highly preferred Board Certification in Ambulatory Care (BCACP) is a strong plus Clinical expertise in chronic illness and pain management favored Comfortable working in a rural or small-town community Open to local candidates or those willing to relocate for long-term growth Technology Experience: Cerner electronic health record system ScriptPro automation system This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for performance-based bonuses and relocation support for qualified candidates.
