You will be expected to drive results, develop your team, and ensure operational consistency while maintaining exceptional clinical standardsWhat You'll DoKey Responsibilities:IV Therapy Administration: Start IVs, run fluids, and monitor clients throughout their treatment, ensuring safe and effective care.Client Consultations: Conduct thorough client assessments and deliver personalized recommendations by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of IV Nutrition's products, services, and clinical protocols.Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain a positive, supportive environment that strengthens customer relationships and promotes a sense of trust, comfort, and safety for both clients and staff.Patient Documentation: Accurately document all client interactions, treatment plans, and responses to therapies.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all clinical practices meet professional standards, state regulations, and accreditation requirements.Team Leadership: Lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and training on IV therapy procedures and patient education.Staff Development: Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and excellence.Performance Monitoring: Oversee staff performance, providing feedback, setting goals, and managing career development plans.Scheduling: Create a monthly schedule to ensure all days and shifts are adequately staffed.Continuous Learning: Stay current on the latest IV therapy and nutrition infusion techniques and share knowledge with the team.Activations & Community Development: Represent IV Nutrition at off-site activations and community events to drive brand visibility, foster community relationships, and support growth initiatives alongside ownership.Qualifications:Education:Registered Nurse (RN): Associate's Degree in Nursing with an active RN license.Experience:Minimum of 2 years of vascular access or IV infusion experience.At least 2 years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting.Skills:Strong IV insertion and monitoring abilitiesLeadership and team management skillsHigh level of accountability and ownership mindsetProficient in EMR systems and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskExceptional customer service and patient careAbility to mentor and train staff effectivelyAbility to make decisions quickly and effectivelyProblem-solving and conflict resolution skillsResults-driven with a focus on performance and growthAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProfessionalism, resilience, and adaptabilityPhysical & Mental Requirements:Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds unassisted and 100 pounds assisted.Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for extended periods.Strong critical thinking, numeric, and communication skills.Technical KnowledgeGoogle Platforms (Google Drive, Gmail, Google Meet, etc.) Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systemsAnatomy, medical terminology, and clinical practicesWhy Join Us?Specialized Role for RNs: Utilize your clinical expertise in a leadership position focused on IV therapy.Career Growth: Take advantage of opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Impactful Work: Make a significant difference in patient health and well-being through innovative infusion therapies.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 to 10-hour shifts, with some Saturdays required.Apply Today: Join us in our mission to make a difference in the lives of our clients, offering them the support they need to achieve optimal health and wellness.
