Job Description Start Date: ASAPMANDATED Requirements: • Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in Internal Medicine • Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism • Active CO license (or willing to obtain) • Clean malpractice - PREFERRED• Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - Certification Requirements: • Board Certified• Board EligibleLicense Requirements: • Colorado• Established outpatient Endocrinology practice• Offering adults specialized, high level care for the treatment and management of diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, and osteoporosis.
