This is an opportunity for a physician passionate about providing high-quality care to diverse patient populations from pediatrics to geriatrics in an environment where patient relationships come first.Our physicians see an average of 10 -15 patients per day ensuring thoughtful, thorough, and personalized care. In this role, you will also supervise physician assistants and collaborate closely with our care team to improve patient outcomes, particularly for underserved populations and patients without health insurance.What We OfferCompetitive Salary: $295,360 annuallySign-On Bonus: $10,000Partnership Program: $100,000 bonus, paid out over five years through a partnership programComprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision coverage and many moreWork-Life Balance: Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends requiredUnique Opportunity: This position is exclusively listed through usKey ResponsibilitiesProvide compassionate, evidence-based medical care to patients across the lifespan (pediatrics through geriatrics)Conduct thorough examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans within scheduled visit timesManage a daily patient panel averaging 15 patients with 20+ minute appointment timesSupervise and mentor physician assistants, ensuring quality standards of careAddress the unique needs of underserved populations, including patients without health insuranceCoordinate with interdisciplinary team members (nursing, support staff, case managers) to deliver holistic careMaintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with practice policies and regulatory standardsParticipate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and staff meetingsQualificationsMedical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Active and unrestricted medical license in California (or ability to obtain) Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (required) Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience across diverse populations (pediatrics through geriatrics) Previous experience working with underserved populations and patients without health insurance (highly preferred) Strong supervisory and leadership skills; prior experience overseeing physician assistants is a plus Excellent communication, cultural competency, and interpersonal skills Commitment to delivering patient-centered, equitable healthcareWhy Join Us?This is more than just a job it's a chance to make a lasting impact.
