A contract opportunity is available for a Behavior Specialist with BCBA credentials to support school programs in Elgin, IL. This role involves working directly with students to develop and implement behavior intervention plans, collaborate with educators, and provide expert guidance on behavioral strategies to improve student outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Evidence-Based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP). Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student behavioral progress. Provide ongoing training and coaching on behavior management techniques to school staff. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as necessary. Maintain documentation and compliance with school policies and state regulations.
