A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced pharmacist to join a closed-door long-term care pharmacy with multiple locations, offering strong career growth potential. This position is based in Eau Claire, WI, and involves day shifts with a supportive environment and comprehensive responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Perform PV1 and PV2 pharmacy functions, including supervising pharmacy technicians. Manage cleanroom operations for IV and TPN preparation. Participate in on-call rotation as part of the team. Utilize Frameworks pharmacy system for daily operations. Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid Wisconsin pharmacist license required; ACT-10 temporary license accepted with the condition of obtaining permanent WI license within 90 days. Prior experience in long-term care pharmacy highly preferred. Retail pharmacy experience considered if strong MTM skills are demonstrated to quickly adapt to PV1 duties. Ability to supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians. Strong organizational and communication skills. Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 40 hours per week. On-call rotation required. Benefits and Incentives: Competitive hourly compensation in the $70-$72 range. $10,000 sign-on bonus ($5,000 upon hiring and $5,000 after six months). $5,000 relocation assistance available.
