Qualifications and Desired Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; graduate of an approved Nuclear Medicine Technology school. Valid NJDEP license mandatory. Registry with ARRT or NMTCB required. BLS certification through the American Heart Association. Proficient with Nuctrac, Epic, ISCV Philips reporting system, and Digirad camera. Ability to start IVs confidently. Knowledge of NRC, state regulations, and radiation safety practices. Experience with PACS and Nuclear Medicine Information Systems. Strong communication skills addressing diverse patient needs. Responsibilities: Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals ensuring effective patient care and safety. Operate and calibrate Nuclear Medicine equipment; evaluate diagnostic quality images using PACS. Perform radionuclide procedures and assist in therapeutic radioisotope applications. Maintain compliance with federal and state radioactive material regulations. Support clerical duties including patient scheduling and use of Epic and other healthcare systems. Participate in rotating assignments such as Cardiology and PET/CT modalities. Provide excellent patient communication and adherence to institutional policies. Work scheduled shifts including some weekends and occasional overtime to maintain quality care. Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM shifts, 8 hours each on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Two Wednesdays per month as needed. One Saturday per month. No holiday or on-call requirements.
