Job Summary W e are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Laboratory Technologist to join our laboratory team on an overnight schedule. This role is responsible for performing complex laboratory testing with a strong focus in chemistry and hematology, ensuring accurate and timely results to support patient diagnosis and treatment. Job Description Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in chemistry and hematology Analyze specimens and ensure accuracy, validity, and timeliness of test results Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation and equipment Follow quality control and quality assurance protocols Ensure compliance with laboratory policies, regulatory standards, and safety guidelines Accurately document test results and maintain detailed records Troubleshoot instrumentation and testing discrepancies Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care Skills Required Valid license to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist (092) issued by the New York State Education Department (NYSED) Primary Source Verification required Minimum of one (1) year of Clinical Laboratory Technologist experience Strong background in both chemistry and hematology Preferred: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently during overnight shifts Knowledge of laboratory safety and regulatory compliance standards Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Education Associate's Degree from an accredited Laboratory Technology program Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Additional Requirements Schedule Notes: 12:00 AM-8:00 AM Pay Rate $50-$59 per hour, based on experience, skills and market factors HirePower Personnel, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
