Opportunity: This is an excellent full-time opportunity for an Anesthesiologist to practice a wide variety of cases, including General, Trauma, and some Cardiac cases. Responsibilities: Provide and manage anesthesia for a diverse array of surgical and procedural cases, including General, Trauma, and Cardiac cases. Conduct thorough pre-operative patient evaluations and develop individualized anesthetic plans. Administer and monitor anesthesia safely and effectively, utilizing advanced techniques as appropriate. Manage patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) and critical care settings. Maintain accurate and complete patient records. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all practice and facility protocols. Collaborate effectively with surgeons, other anesthesiologists, and the broader healthcare team. Participate in the 1:6 call rotation. Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology. Valid and unrestricted Arkansas medical license (or eligible for licensure). Strong clinical skills and experience across diverse case types, including General, Trauma, and Cardiac anesthesia.
