Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Technologist to support radiology services at a hospital in Miami, FL. The MRI Technologist will accurately interpret physician scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate GE MRI scanners to produce high-quality diagnostic images while using Meditech for documentation.Minimum Requirements:Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification with MR credential.State licensure for radiologic technologists in Florida.BLS certification.Experience operating GE MRI equipment.Experience documenting in Meditech or similar electronic health record systems.Ability to perform a range of MRI exams including pediatric and cardiac studies.Ability to function and work independently in a fast-paced hospital radiology unit.Previous MRI technologist experience in a hospital setting preferred.Assignment DetailsFacility Type: Hospital.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Days 0700-2330.Typical weekly hours: 32 hours per week (contract).Unit: MRI.Equipment: GE MRI systems.Documentation System: Meditech.Call Requirements: Scheduled rotation.Location Highlights Miami, FL offers a coastal, urban lifestyle with abundant recreation and cultural attractions.
