Seeking a Clinical Pharmacist specializing in compounding for a 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity in Greensboro, NC. This role offers hands-on experience with both sterile and non-sterile compounded medications, working alongside a dedicated healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. Schedule and Hours: 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Every third Saturday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Includes a 30-minute lunch break Responsibilities: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers to tailor treatments to individual patient needs. Prepare and dispense compounded prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety standards. Maintain precise patient records and manage pharmaceutical inventory. Provide expert pharmaceutical guidance to patients for improved health outcomes. Assist in training and supervising pharmacy technician staff, fostering a compliant and efficient environment. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Licensed pharmacist in North Carolina. 1 to 2 years of pharmacy experience preferred; new graduates passionate about compounding are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of USP 795, 797, and 800 compounding standards. Experience or familiarity with retail pharmacy operations and prescription processing. Comfortable using pharmacy software similar to QS1; training will be provided for PK software.
