Will's Way is seeking a full-time Licensed Behavior Analyst to join our team!About Will's Way, LLCOur mission is to provide behavioral solutions for at-risk children and their families throughout the state of Mississippi. Will's Way is a privately owned psychology and ABA practice based out of Hattiesburg, MS. Will's Way was founded by Dr. Kimberly Bellipanni Hargrove and Dr. Dannell Speights Roberts in 2008 in hopes of providing quality, behaviorally based solutions for families and schools across Mississippi. Will's Way is committed to improving the lives of individuals and families by providing the best care possible. We accomplish this by building partnerships with families, using compassion and understanding in our treatment planning, and focusing on evidence based interventions.Currently, we have three locations in Mississippi: Hattiesburg, Gulfport, & Summit. DescriptionWill's Way Pediatric Behavioral Therapy, LLC is seeking a motivated and collaborative BCBA to join our team in a pediatric clinical setting. We are a small, BCBA owned company located in Mississippi and are looking for individuals who are friendly and dedicated to their work. At Will's Way, Behavior Analysts are responsible for a range of tasks including assessments, treatment planning, data collection and analysis, parent training, and staff supervision. It is important that all applicants are familiar with the ABLLS, VB-MAPP, and AAC devices.Responsibilities:- Conduct initial intake assessments- Develop treatment plans and obtain insurance authorizations- Manage and design data collection systems- Provide parent training- Monitor client progress- Supervise and train staff members- Conduct staff performance reviewsThis is a full-time position with pay starting at $28+ based on experience and qualifications. We also provide financial assistance with annual certification and license renewals and have access to free CEUs from CASP.Requirements:- Master's degree in a relevant field- At least 1 year of clinical experience (preferred)- Licensed Behavior Analyst (or eligible) in the state of Mississippi- BCBA or BCBA-D Certificate REQUIRED.The work location for this position is Hattiesburg, Mississippi. The schedule is Monday to Thursday from 8-5 and Friday from 8-2, with no weekends.11+ paid holidays, up to 2 weeks paid vacation annually, medical, dental, and vision insurance available and optional retirement plan.
