ABOUT THE ROLEThe evolvedMD Clinical Director has the exciting opportunity to build and grow evolvedMD's innovative mental health brand in an emerging market. Responsible for overseeing both clinical operations and business support, this individual will serve as General Manager and represent evolvedMD in both the clinical and business communities. A proven clinician with an entrepreneur's mind, this passionate professional, in tandem with evolvedMD leadership, will build and coach a clinical team, drive new business development, and create community partnerships while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the market.Equal parts Brene Brown and Sheryl Sandberg, this role will require a dynamic individual equipped to not only impact the people of Texas with a world-class approach to behavioral health but also lead the in-market expansion of one of America's fastest growing companies.ABOUT YOUMaster's degree in a relevant field with eight plus (8+) years relevant experience, including providing clinical services to patients in an outpatient or primary care setting, providing clinical supervision, and managing teams of behavioral health clinicians.Active independent licensure and in good standing with the appropriate state Board of Behavioral Health, including the ability to provide clinical supervision.Prior history and success leading, managing, and motivating teams to deliver value and bottom-line results.Proven experience optimizing resources to execute a plan, including fiscal, human capital and other types of resources.YOU'RE MOST LIKELY A FIT IFYou are a skilled clinician with experience working across the spectrum of adverse mental and behavioral symptoms.You are excited to build, grow, and coach a team of talented professionals.You know how to develop programs from the ground up.You're entrepreneurial, fun, intellectually curious, and passionate - and it shows.You are used to delivering on numbers (sales, fundraising, business development, etc.) - and get a rush from surpassing expected metrics.You are a resourceful problem solver who can take charge when appropriate and ask for guidance when needed.Organization, prioritization, and details are the name of your game... Company benefits include health insurance, 401(k) company match, professional development stipend, and licensure reimbursement.YOUR EXPECTED DELIVERABLESOperations DeliverablesDaily Operations - Oversee daily operations including management, stakeholder engagement, and all activities required for market success.Brand Building - In partnership with Marketing team, build brand visibility and exposure via strategic partnerships and community engagements while representing company on local and social media.Recruitment - In partnership with Recruitment team, source, screen, and interview Behavioral Health Manager (BHM) candidates and other clinical and non-clinical staff in local market.People - In partnership with People team, lead staffing planning, employee engagement, professional development and coaching.New Business Development - In partnership with Sales team, cultivate leads and initiate early sales meetings with target customers in the local market, paving the way for evolvedMD's Sales team to build a local ecosystem of customer accountsCustomer Success - In partnership with Customer Success, guide customer launches, manage ongoing customer deliverables, optimize customer implementation, and continuously engage clinical staff to ensure overall success.Stakeholder Engagement - Build relationships with customers, clients, and community.Clinical DeliverablesClinical Team Leadership + Development - Lead team of Clinical Managers to ensure clinically and economically successful outcomes across all customer sites.Community-Based Resources - Research, vet, and build a local network for referral partners, including community mental health, psychiatry, specialized therapy, etc.Clinical Care Planning - Develop short and long-term plans and continency plans to ensure that customers and patients receive consistent care.Clinical Optimization - Drive patient engagement and quality clinical metrics.Patient Engagement - Work in partnership with all Clinical Directors to ensure consistency of services across regions while collaborating with Care Coordination Manager to ensure timely and quality services for patients, as well as connectivity between team members.About UsAt evolvedMD, we are leading the integration of behavioral health services in modern primary care.
