POSITION: ClinicianWORKSITE: Kentucky River Community Care/Perry County Health & Wellness CenterSHIFT: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pmEMPLOYMENT TYPE: Regular Full-TimeCREDENTIALS REQUIRED: Clinician - Master's Degree in Social Work, Human Services and Counseling, or Psychology and Board Licensure.SPECIAL SKILLS: Therapy experience.  Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills.  Proficient in computer usage.JOB DUTIES:Provide bio-psychosocial assessments, behavioral health screenings, person-centered planning, and individual therapy to adults with serious mental illness.Provide clinical services in a Therapeutic Rehabilitation program.Document services provided in an electronic medical record daily.Participate in all required trainings and supervisory sessions.Provide on-site crisis services as needed.EEOTexting Privacy Policy and Information: Message type: Informational; you will receive text messages regarding your application and potentially regarding interview scheduling.
