The ideal candidate have experience in a client-facing role with a proven background in closing leads over the phone.The Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in the initial stages of business development for our firm. You will be a key part of client interaction for lemon law cases, ensuring that all necessary information is collected accurately and efficiently. This position serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, requiring strong communication and organizational skills to manage inquiries and gather data effectively.This is a fully remote position where phone communication with potential clients is the main priority.
