Compensation & Premium Benefits High Earning Potential: Base salary of $225,000 - $275,000 + production (Pro-Sal). Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 total bonus-50% awarded following your 90-day onboarding/probationary period and 50% on your one-year anniversary.
