American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel contract at an acute care Level I Trauma, Magnet-designated teaching hospital, requiring ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) credentials and experience with Siemens and Epic.Job Details• CT Scan unit at an acute care Magnet-designated teaching hospital that is a Level I Trauma Center and certified stroke center,• 4x10 hour night shifts, Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM,• No on-call requirement,• Siemens equipment experience required,• Epic EMR experience required,• May be required to float to a nearby clinic location approximately half a mile from the primary facility,Job Requirements• Current BLS, ARRT(R), and ARRT(CT) certifications required,• Virginia state license required; any active state license in hand is accepted, as Virginia will grant emergency authorization to work while a permanent VA license is processing - license required if applicable,• Experience with preparation and/or administration of contrast media,• Radiation safety knowledge and practice,• Siemens and Epic experience required,• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position,• Must live outside the facility's radius requirement to be eligible,• Two professional references required for consideration,• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration,Additional Information• Perform CT imaging procedures including contrast media preparation and administration in compliance with radiation safety protocols,• This is a Level I Trauma Center and certified stroke center within a large academic teaching hospital environment,• Must be available to work one holiday during the 13-week contract on a rotating basis with staff,• All RTO requests must be submitted at the time of application,• Facility may call off up to 1 shift per 2-week period
