Key Responsibilities Assign and track freight loads across multiple routes Maintain operational records and dispatch documentation Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays Monitor delivery timelines and ensure workflow accuracy Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures Time management and multitasking skills Experience optional; full training provided Work Environment Hybrid and remote Oregon-based dispatch operations.
