Job Description

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team. The technologist will prepare and administer radioactive drugs, operate radiation detection and imaging equipment, support other imaging technologists, and facilitate efficient patient flow.Minimum RequirementsGraduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or equivalent.Nuclear Medicine Technology (N) certification by ARRT or NMTCB required.State licensure required. Texas: MRT by TMB.BLS certification required (AHA only).Basic computer experience required. Experience with PACS and image archiving systems preferred.Ability to follow PACS downtime procedures and act as a PACS Superuser when needed.Experience troubleshooting basic equipment maintenance, participating in QA, and resolving image processing issues preferred.Floating to other campuses or departments required based on staffing and census.One year of clinical nuclear medicine experience preferred.Assignment DetailsFacility Type: Hospital.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Days 07:00-15:00. May work until 17:00 based on census and caseload. Weekend coverage may be required; no weekday call expected.Work Schedule: 5 days, 8 hours.Work Type: Full Time.Float Requirement: Yes, may float to other campuses as needed.Location Highlights Beaumont, TX offers access to regional parks and coastal recreation within a short drive.
