$10k Sign on Bonus We're looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist to join our dynamic pharmacy team. In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for hospitalized patients. What You'll Do:Verify and dispense medications accurately for inpatient useReview medication orders for safety, efficacy, and compliance with hospital policy and guidelinesMonitor patient therapies and lab results, recommending adjustments to treatment as neededProvide drug information and clinical support to physicians, nurses, and care teamsSupervise and verify the work of pharmacy technicians/studentsDocument clinical interventionsParticipate in the multidisciplinary care of the patientEnsure compliance with regulatory standards (Joint Commission, USP, state/federal laws)What We're Looking For:PharmD or BSPharmActive pharmacist license in MassachusettsPreferredPrior inpatient or hospital pharmacy experience Prior sterile compounding experience or oversight of compoundingDesirableCompletion of a PGY1 residency Board certification (e.g., BCPS)
