You’ll work in a collaborative, supportive environment where your expertise is valued, your growth is encouraged, and your care makes a measurable difference every day.Join Our TeamIf you’re a compassionate, skilled, and motivated clinician ready to work with complex youth in a therapeutic, supportive setting, apply today.Provide direct clinical care to youth and families in residential or program-specific settings.Conduct individual, family, and group therapy, as well as clinical consultation and case management.Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable outcomes, discharge criteria, and focus on restoring and maintaining optimal functioning.Ensure services are trauma-informed, evidence-based, and aligned with best practices.Document all clinical care in the Electronic Health Record and other required systems promptly and accurately.Participate in 24-hour emergency coverage for client caseloads as needed.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external providers to support individualized care.Maintain professionalism, ethical practice, and confidentiality in all interactions.Engage in ongoing professional development, supervision, and reflective practice.Respond to clinical alerts, quality management protocols, and utilization review requirements.Skills & Knowledge:Trauma-informed care and understanding of substance use impactsStrengths-based and client-centered therapeutic approachesAbility to engage with diverse populations and support inclusion, equity, and diversityStrong documentation, organizational, and communication skillsCompetency in assessment, treatment planning, and outcome evaluationMaster’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.Behavioral health license eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).1–3 years of related clinical experience.Standard driver’s license and reliable transportation
