This opportunity allows the incoming physician to step into an established patient base with immediate volume while also helping expand their robotics service line. This practice offers a quick ramp-up period for experienced physicians and amazing mentorship for new grads.Hospital Highlights:• Da Vinci Xi robot available with plenty of block time• Well-equipped clinic with urodynamics, ultrasound, X-ray, CT, and in-office procedures• 8 OR suites including a dedicated urology suite• EPIC EMR with Abridge AI scribePractice Highlights:• General Urology position with three experienced physicians; mentorship available for new grads• Opportunity to incorporate subspecialty interests within a general urology framework• Dedicated support staff including RN and MA per physician• Onsite surgery scheduler available• Robotics experience strongly preferred, not required• Leadership opportunities available, particularly in robotics and program development• Quick ramp-up with immediate patient volume• 4.5-day workweek with balanced clinic and OR time• Average 20-30 patients per day with strong referral base and no local competition• 1:4 Call schedule.
