JOB SCOPE: Responsible for taking orders, receiving payments for all purchases made in restaurant and distributions of all food and beverage orders. Other duties as required. JOB FUNCTIONS: Order Tasks * Taking Orders and records orders on checks. * Process orders to the commis. * Preparing order for guest. * Serving beverages. Cashing Tasks * Ring up the checks and post all checks in Micro's. * Balance cash receipts at the end of shift and prepare the recap sheets. * Complete deposit slips and deposit revenue in safe box.
