Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of hospice operations, including patient care, finance, human resources, and administration. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations. Recruit, train, schedule, and manage staff to maintain excellence in care delivery. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and audits. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with privacy laws. Coordinate with medical professionals, patients, and families to provide compassionate care. Address patient concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Engage in community outreach and stay informed on industry trends. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Administrator in hospices setting. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Financial management experience, including budgeting and audits. Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and empathy. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
