With an elite team of plastic surgeons across the U.S. and a family of over 100,000 satisfied patients, we're on a mission to make beauty accessible to all.Mia Aesthetics provides on-the-job training, professional development opportunities, opportunities for advancement, benefit offerings, and more.Be a part of a team transforming lives and supporting dreams every day!Join us: Range: $20 plus commission eligibleRequirementsThe In-Clinic Surgical Coordinator will be responsible for the following job responsibilities:Greet the patient in the lobby & invite them to the consultation roomProvide the patient with instructions on prepping for the assessmentDebrief the doctor on patient medical history & important notes (for consults with Doctor)Take notes as the doctor assesses the patient for their procedure of interestReturn to the room & invite the patient to an office to discuss pricing (educate the patient on next steps, i.e., paying a booking fee/ reserve a surgery dateWalk the patient out to the lobby, thanking them for their visitReturn to the consult room to properly clean & restock (as needed)Interact with prospective patients in an effort to schedule them for in-clinic or virtual consultationsClose sales (collect 10% booking fee) by building rapport with potential clients and overcome objectionsCreate invoices and ensure the patient's medical form in the patient's portal has been signed, completed, and uploaded before the end of the pay-periodCommunicate with prospective patients via text, email or over the phoneFollow our lead journey processFocus on quantity: reach a target number of conversations on a daily basisFocus on quality: have meaningful conversations with prospective patients and book them for consultations/ surgeryAnswer warm calls from our CSS teamAssist with the intake of patients and schedule surgeries as neededProvide accurate pricing estimatesAssist in any administrative sales tasks as needed (i.e., patient financing, pre- and post-procedure forms, etc.)Assist in consultations (virtual or in-clinic) as needed or instructedEducate patients on the procedures, what it entails, what labs/clearances are required based on their age and medical history, etc.Explain the process of booking to each patient and what to expect after booking since there are multiple departments working togetherEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GEDBilingual in English and Spanish Mia Aesthetics is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
