S/he creates new APIs, data models, and analytics tools.Maintains network operating environment by supporting lifecycle projects while ensuring compliance with configuration standards.Supports platform provisioning necessary to deliver capabilities defined in network services service catalog.Contributes to the improvement of process, procedures and protocols to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in the most effective and efficient manner.Contributes to the development and maintenance of the Network Services service catalog.Partners with and consults with internal business partners in Cybersecurity, Technology Architecture and Service Operations & Support, including third-party support leads and vendors.Maintains network solutions that are compliant with Cybersecurity Policy and applicable industry regulations.Supports evolution of the network services operating environment through automation and new technology adoption.What You Bring:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
