Location: Hybrid, based in Matthews, NC (must reside in metro Charlotte, NC area)Hours: 20 hours per weekStatus: Non-ExemptAbout the RoleThe Operations Support Coordinator provides essential administrative, technical, and customer service support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of COMPEL Pro initiatives. This role serves as a behind-the-scenes problem solver-supporting members, coordinating systems, and handling details that allow the broader team to focus on content, connection, and calling.
