Duties & Responsibilities:Answer multi-line phonesProvide exceptional customer service to Bayview Patients calling in to make a payment or have questions about their billsTake payments over the phoneUpdate patient information and data entryReview patient balance due accountsNavigate in the Electronic Health RecordResolve patient concerns or disputes regarding their billWork Accounts Receivable Qualifications:General customer service experienceAbility to communicate effectively orally and in writing.Excellent telephone skills.Must demonstrate the ability to work as a team.Must demonstrate a positive attitude, and helpful demeanor.General knowledge of standard office equipment such as computers, fax machine, photo copier, etc.General medical office experience a plusEducation and/or Experience:Minimum of 1-year previous customer service experienceCall center experience a plusPrevious medical front desk experience a plusOrganization is willing to train the right candidate
