The candidate will work with local schools, rehabilitation counselors, employers, and families to identify summer jobs, provide training and support for workers, coordinate logistics and services, communicate with family members, and summarize performance data. Duties & Responsibilities * Work collaboratively and maintain regular communication with school and vocational rehabilitation personnel. * Provide direct services and individualized instruction and support for youth ages 14 to 22 at community businesses. * Collect data and success stories, create summer work based learning resumes, and summarize performance. * Develop business relationships, arrange logistics for summer work, communicate with employers, and obtain satisfaction evaluations. * Engage families, keep them informed of work activities, provide weekly updates, and respond to questions and concerns.
