Scrub Tech does notneed to be experienced in the current cases the Team sees day in/out however, it's equally important that they are willing, open, and receptive to learning/constructive feedback to grow themselves in order to support the Imaging Team better in capacity. ARMC has the resources to train an inexperienced, BUT willing to learn Tech of their everyday, typical cases! Additionally, having experience in the service lines the Team sees is a HUGE plus as well!Will be working in the IR Department assisting in procedure.
