Job Responsibilities: Unit Management:Oversee day-to-day operations and provide 24-hour oversight of the unit. Care Monitoring: Monitor resident care delivered by licensed nurses and LNAs, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal healthcare regulations. Clinical Oversight: Ensure adherence to physician orders, monitor medication and treatment schedules, and maintain accurate MDS documentation. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments, supporting the ADON and closely assisting the Director of Nurses. Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Compliance: Maintain confidentiality of resident-related care information to uphold HIPAA compliance. Supervision: Provide supervision to Licensed Nurses, LNAs, and LMNAs, ensuring quality care on the assigned unit. Requirements • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing• Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse license from the State of New Hampshire and be in good standing with the NH Board of Nursing• Must have at least two years' experience as a supervisor in a healthcare facility, preferably in a long-term care setting• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures that pertain to long-term care• Must be CPR/BCLS and IV certified
