Position Summary Are you a passionate and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist looking for a flexible opportunity? Join our team and make a meaningful impact on the oral health and overall well-being of our community. We are seeking a dedicated RDH to provide high-quality preventive and educational dental care two days per week. In this role, you will deliver exceptional hygiene services, educate patients on oral health, and contribute to a collaborative care environment that supports whole-person health. Location * Primary location: Osceola * Occasional travel to other dental sites may be required What You'll Do As a valued member of our dental team, you will: * Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming patient experience * Perform comprehensive oral hygiene assessments and document findings accurately * Provide preventive dental services including prophylaxis, scaling, sealants, and fluoride treatments * Educate patients and community groups on oral health and disease prevention * Collaborate with dentists and healthcare providers to support integrated patient care * Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant patient records * Support infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach efforts * Assist with clinical and administrative tasks to support overall clinic operations What We're Looking For * A compassionate professional who values patient-centered care * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team * Commitment to maintaining high clinical and ethical standards Education & Experience * Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program * Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with patients and colleagues * Strong written and verbal communication skills Licensure & Certifications * Active, unrestricted Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Iowa * Current CPR (BLS) certification * Current Mandatory Reporter certification (Child & Dependent Adult Abuse) Why Join Us? * Supportive, team-oriented work environment * Opportunity to make a real impact in community health * Flexible two day per week schedule. * Mission-driven organization focused on patient care and service excellence
