Job Title: Laboratory Technician Primary Location: Bentonville, AR Position Type: Contract W-2, 4/16/26-7/31/26 with possibility of extension or conversion Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:00PM - 10:30PM Overview TalentFish is casting a line for a Laboratory Technician. This role supports laboratory operations through sample management, testing, and report generation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely communication of results. This position is critical to maintaining the integrity of testing processes and supporting internal teams with clear, data-driven insights. What You Bring (Ideal Experience) " Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Laboratory Technology, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience " Prior experience in a laboratory or sample testing environment preferred " Basic to intermediate computer skills, including familiarity with Excel and report writing " Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures " Knowledge of laboratory equipment, testing methods, and safety protocols " Strong organizational and multitasking abilities " Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams " Ability to work both independently and in a team environment What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position) " Receive, label, track, and store samples in accordance with established procedures " Perform testing and analysis based on defined protocols and requirements " Accurately document results and generate reports, with a focus on apparel/softlines report writing " Communicate test results clearly and respond to internal inquiries " Maintain proper sample storage and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards " Clean, maintain, and recalibrate laboratory equipment as needed " Maintain detailed records of testing, equipment usage, and daily activities " Support continuous improvement efforts and stay current on laboratory best practices Compensation Information The expected salary range for this position is $15 - $18 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
