It's also a short drive from the college towns of Logan and Ogden, home to a variety of cultural events and college sports.About this role:As a General Surgeon at Bear River Clinic and Bear River Valley Hospital, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you'll join a community-focused general surgery practice serving a high-need rural population, offering autonomy, procedural variety, and long-term stability through a full-scope general surgery practice with a strong endoscopy component. This is a solo General Surgeon position with the opportunity to collaborate with a larger regional group, as well as the chance to build and grow a robotics program with a surgical robot expected to arrive by the end of the year.2 days clinic per weekCall expectations include 8 days of call built into the base salary, with additional compensation for any excess coverage.This position includes a $50,000 starting bonus and up to $20,000 relocation assistance (if applicable)How we'll support you:We care about your well-being, which is why we provide our caregivers with a generous benefits package. Tremonton is just a short drive from the university communities of Logan and Ogden where many cultural and college sporting events are held. Bear River Valley Hospital, located in Tremonton, was rebuilt and opened in 2009. It is a modern, Level IV Trauma Center with 16 beds, staffed by 46 medical personnel and other employees.
